- flammable substances e.g. gas, paint, solvents, oil and petrol – fuel and oil must be drained from equipment before storage
- dangerous chemicals e.g. chlorine, acid, etc.

- live animals, reptiles, insects, etc.
Please note, storage units cannot be used as Accommodation.

What insurance is provided?
- We do not provide insurance on the contents of the units
- We recommend that tenants insure their goods that is stored in the unit
